The oldest paper mill in Poland (1605) and a UNESCO-class monument. Paper has been made by hand here for 400 years!
Why is this place unique?
It is the only paper mill in Poland that has been preserved in such good condition. The wooden building with unique architecture is a candidate for the UNESCO list. Inside you will see how paper was made centuries ago, and best of all –you can make it yourself!
👐 Workshops: Do it yourself!
It’s a hit for everyone. You get an apron, your own sieve and instructions. You dip your sieve into the vat of pulp, squeeze out the water, and press out your sheet. You can add dried flowers to it. It’s the best holiday souvenir.
