1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rules for accommodation services, booking and stay at Gołąbek Kamila Saternus, located at: Strachocin 31, 57-550 Stronie Śląskie, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6381700564 (hereinafter: “the Property” or “the Owner”).
By making a reservation, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Making a reservation
Reservations can be made via:

- Email: info@golabek.pl
- Phone
2.2 Deposit and payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit within 2 business days of the preliminary booking.
- The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 7 days before arrival, or in cash upon arrival (only by prior arrangement with the Owner).
- If the deposit is not received within the specified period, the preliminary reservation is automatically cancelled.
2.3 Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation 30+ days before arrival — full deposit refund.
- Cancellation 14–29 days before arrival — 50% deposit refund.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival — deposit is non-refundable.
3. Check-in/Check-out and House Rules
3.1 Check-in / Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure day. Early arrival or late departure must be arranged with the Owner and may incur additional charges.
3.2 Quiet hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful noise level at all times.
3.3 General rules
- Parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are not permitted without prior written consent from the Owner.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas.
- Pets — by prior arrangement only. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number specified at booking.
4. Liability
Guests are fully liable for any damage to the Property’s furnishings or equipment caused by themselves or their visitors. All damages must be reported to the Owner immediately.
The Owner is not responsible for valuables left unsecured in the cabin.
5. Complaints
Complaints should be raised during the stay (for immediate resolution) or in writing to info@golabek.pl within 14 days of departure.
6. Personal Data
The data controller is Gołąbek Kamila Saternus. Personal data is processed for booking purposes in accordance with GDPR. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms. The binding version is the one published on golabek.pl at the time of booking.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code and applicable EU legislation.
